Where we ship

ADVANINCH currently ships eligible orders within the United States. Available shipping regions, carrier methods, rates, and restrictions are confirmed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Some products, battery accessories, oversized items, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted destinations may be unavailable for certain shipping methods.

Processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization and fraud screening. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. local fulfillment time may begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during promotions, severe weather, inventory checks, or address verification.

Shipping methods and estimates

Standard shipping is generally estimated at 3 to 6 business days after shipment. Express shipping, when offered, is generally estimated at 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

Free shipping thresholds, available methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before an order is submitted. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered for the order.

PO boxes, APO, FPO, and international delivery

PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, and US territories may require different methods or may be unavailable for some products.

International delivery is not offered unless a shipping destination and method are expressly shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and import restrictions when international delivery is offered.

Delays, cancellation, and refunds

If we learn that shipment will be materially delayed, we will provide notice and, where required, offer the choice to accept the revised timing or cancel for a refund.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally required time, we will follow applicable mail, internet, and telephone order rules for delay notices, cancellation rights, and refunds.

Failed delivery and lost packages

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and monitoring carrier notices. If a package is returned because the address is incomplete, refused, or unavailable, we may offer reshipment, store credit, or a refund of eligible items after return processing.

For lost or marked-delivered packages, contact us promptly with the order number, shipping address, and carrier details. We may require carrier investigation before replacement or refund.
